MSc. by Research

Masters by Research degree projects in plant-rhizosphere interactions, arbuscular mycorrhizal function and responses to environmental change, use of mycorrhizas in sustainable agriculture and plant evolution are available to start in October 2018. Please contact k.field@leeds.ac.uk to discuss your interests.

We’re always happy to hear from prospective postgraduate students or postdoctoral researchers, particularly in the following areas:

  • Plant-rhizosphere interactions
  • Arbuscular mycorrhizal functioning and responses to environmental change
  • Use of mycorrhizas in sustainable agriculture
  • Plant evolutionary ecophysiology

We’re very happy to work with any promising candidates to develop funding proposals for UK and international PhD and postdoc fellowship schemes, such as EU Marie Curie fellowhships.
